Play By The Rules
- We are committed to guarantee your satisfaction with each and every piece of sterling silver jewelry purchased from Planet Silver for a limited period of 10 days from shipment arrival date. Please notify us therefore as quickly as possible.
The following conditions and rules apply:
- When there is a defect on the jewelry caused during production or packaging then no questions are asked - return it and you will be compensated as stated below.
Transportation damage is compensated by the insurance, but we never have witnessed one case where damages were caused by transportation nor did we ever live through the tragedy of a missing package and we ship daily to all corners of this globe!
- When the wrong colors are received or you have even received an item that is not the one you have ordered, please send us a photo of the product with the wrong color or the wrong item you have received by email, so we can match it with the items listed in your order. Do NOT SEND IT BACK YET as we first have to verify the correctness of your complain. You can always view your order in your profile at any time at View Current Orders to check the items you have ordered in case you deleted them in your email account.
- When the incorrect ring size, diameter or length of a necklace is simply not as you have ordered, there will be no discussion but we will take the jewelry back to correct this mistake.
- If you look at the jewelry and are disappointed and find it looks nothing like the photograph displayed in the jewelry categories of this web site, the return will be handled swift and painless. We hear often that the jewelry looks more beautiful in real and therefore we can make this promise.
- If you have ordered something wrong please notify us immediately!
You will receive an Order Confirmation, if necessary an Order Amendment and then an Invoice. All these records give you the opportunity to report wrong listings. If you did not report any wrong listing before you transfer the money, changes cannot be accepted nor can orders be changed when the jewelry is already shipped, as we ship the same day.
We handle the payment paid by you as a confirmation of the correctness of the
- Order Confirmation,
- the Order Amendment
- and the Invoice.
You are still able to return the jewelry to us, but then you have to pay the shipping costs and also pay for the new jewelry to be send to you, in case you want to have it replaced.
- We do not charge restocking fees of any kind.
- Upon receiving your returned products, Planet Silver will refund you 100% of the returned jewelry value, minus the costs of bank-transfer or PayPal account charges. All refunds will be handled via the same payment channel you have used when you have purchased the jewlery, or we will provide you with a store credit on your next order. The choice is yours!
As you have paid in Thai Baht the returned sum will be handled in Thai Baht which is then converted into your own currency to the actual exchange rate of that day when refund takes place.
- We sell as a wholesale silver fashion jewelry shop worldwide and we are so confident of the jewelry offered on this web site and the service we provide that we will additionally credit you with the return shipping costs if a mistake was caused by Planet Silver, by sending for example wrong colors, wrong size, diameter or length or when a jewelry is returned that shows defects but also when you state that the piece you have ordered is not as beautiful as shown on the photo!
- Customers that attempt to abuse our generous return policy will have their accounts removed and will not be able any longer to order at our wholesale silver jewelry store.
