Shipping and Delivery Of Your Jewelry

You can choose a preferred shipping service in your profile, which will be used each time you place an order automatically and costs will be already calculated when you reach the step "Shipping & Payment" during check out process. Which service you have selected in your profile does not limit you, to still change your mind and check first the costs of the other service, which are also available. At any time the service you like best can be selected during check out.

Insurance of the package is mandatory. The costs will be added to your invoice and the sum is calculated by the value of the shipping and is reasonable - it prevents the chance of loss or damage during transport.

The packaging is a small amount of surcharge yet completely worth while as all items will arrive pristine and unharmed at your door step, we have boxes available that protect your merchandise best. Packed into plastic bags the items will not be scratched or damaged otherwise.

How long does it take until the parcel arrives?

Delivery in total takes between 5 to 7 days from the moment we receive your order, depending in which country you reside.

EMS Thailand

The same applies to the shipping and tracking of the EMS Thailand service, which takes 4 work days to be delivered after we have posted your merchandise, it is cheaper, fast and reliable yet not everywhere available.Custom has the tendency in some country to hold the package for several weeks as custom clearance is not handled by EMS shipping. Additionally you can trace EMS until it enters your country, then it receives a new tracking number from your local postal service. This tracking number can only be retrieved by contacting your post office. If you EMS is not available during check out then the service does not deliver shipments to your country.

Jewelry On Back-Order

If the products you like are on back order available only we'll partial-ship all in stock jewelry of your order immediately and initiate a new production run to produce the jewelry which is on backorder. The out-of-stock jewelry will be send when it is available again, which has an order time of 6-8 weeks and a max. order time for the handmade silver jewelry of 12-14 weeks.

Handmade gemstone jewelry can require this longer delivery time because there are two important factors involved: the right quality of gemstones need to be available, as we prefer premium gemstones, this can cause sometimes a problem. All those beautiful gemstone, coral and shell earrings, bracelets,rings and pendants are handmade and need to be crafted first when an order comes and the stock is exhausted.
When our stock runs low, cross orders of high quantities can cause that products are out of stock or stock is lower than your order. All out of stock items are labeled with the estimated delivery time, which is a rough estimation and is most of the time shorter.
The label tells you for example: that this out-of-stock item has a delivery time of 6-8 weeks but fact is it could be that we started production already weeks ago, or the goods might be already on the way from our jewelry production location or is even in the process of being unpacked, but is not yet added to the system.

Customs Charges

Please note that International Customs Charges may apply to orders shipped. These are beyond our control and should be investigated with your local Customs Office to ensure any unexpected charges are not incurred. Also be aware that when you have an import  license you can speed up the delivery when using EMS service by clearing your package yourself by visiting the local custom office.
